Winding Down and Gearing Up!
Things are finally winding down
after Fan Fair. We had so much fun -
I don't know where to begin...
Mornings on Fox 17 - A week before our big
Fan Fair 2002 show, I appeared on Charlie
Chase's morning show as a featured guest
for "Fresh Face Friday". I was allowed to
bring one musician with me. And of course,
I brought the best guitar player I know...
my husband, Bob Angello, who owns
Angello Sound Studio in Nashville, TN.
The show went very well, and it was truly an
awesome experience. But it was the first of
many for Fan Fair Week...
Live on WSM 650 AM - Those folks at WSM
have been so good to me. Where do I begin?
First Hairl Hensley started playing my music.
Then Bill Cody and the morning crew invited
me to be an in-studio guest. Then Johnny K
invited me to sing on his show, which begins
at midnight. And finally, Matthew Gillian invited
me to do his show, which aired the evening
of my Mornings on Fox debut. We spent four
hours with Matthew and we had a blast!
We played, sang, laughed, joked, sang
some more, talked about fishing, laughed some more...It was awesome .Thanks WSM!
Fan Fair 2002 show...WOW!
This show has always been for the fans.
Y'all were the ones who encouraged me to
go out on my own and pursue my dreams...
and the Fan Fair show is my way of saying
"Thank You". Hopefully you will give me the
opportunity to thank you for years to come.
It was great to see all of you. The band sounded great and I had the time of my life!
